meet the co-founders
Lamyae Belhadri
Lamyae co-founded Irly to fulfil her desire for an entrepreneurial journey, driven by an authentic spirit with a client centric approach and a strong belief that technology shapes transformation.
Lamyae spent 15 years leading Accenture’s Finance & Risk consulting practice for banking and Capital Markets before taking on a new challenge and new responsibilities at Ernst and Young in 2016. She was responsible for deploying the financial services alternative business models strategy and more specifically, asset-based solutions in Europe.
Her 20+ years of experience leading multi-year programs to transform the value chain of Finance & Risk Functions for global organizations, position her as an expert in the eyes of clients who seek to implement innovative operating models to overcome the challenges of a modern world.
Her dream is to create a company of talented and committed people who think out of the box and build cutting edge solutions for clients.
She would be proud to see Irly make a name for itself in the new world alongside the giants in consulting

Guillaume is a Co-Founder of Irly. He believes it is time to change the way consulting works! His experience in the Silicon Valley where he discovered the start-up spirit has been inspirational: the abundance of energy, the get-up-and-go, the way new techs can be leveraged on, you name it, anything that can contribute to changing the world at a faster pace.

Guillaume spent 15 years at Accenture in Paris working on the Finance Transformation agenda. He has spent the last 3 years, as a Managing Director, leading a practice of talented experts in Technology, Innovation, Management Consulting and BPO for one of the largest Banking accounts on the French market.

Shaping transformation from an early stage and delivering tangible results on implementation are where Guillaume excels.
Irly is the answer to the challenges faced by corporate organisations! Irly is one team made up of the best skills and committed to the success of its clients.
Guillaume’s greatest wish for Irly is to attract highly talented and diverse people, to manage a wide variety of challenges and to become famous for its know-how in transforming corporate functions.
